Build reusable personnel profiles with professional biography and headshot for Key Personnel, Management Team, Corporate Experience, and Organizational Structure sections. AI uses approved profiles during competitive proposal generation.

Score each factor 0–100. Overall score is the average of entered factors. Use this to document bid/no-bid rationale and executive sign-off.
Search by NSN, NIIN, part number, or item description. Adeptio finds companies linked to that item, builds a vendor list (with prices when available), and recommends the top three with reasons.

Each search builds a new vendor list for the criteria above. Clear NSN/NIIN (or check the box) when switching to a different part or item description — otherwise the previous NSN is reused.
Synced to the NSN you searched. Each row includes the Item Description for that NSN. Unit Price shows factual vendor quotes or uploaded catalog prices only — never estimates, notional values, or historical award math.
Best candidates with explanations. Use RFQ when price is missing.

Upload official PUB LOG files to Supabase Storage (NSN Lookup), then ingest essential files (P_FLIS_NSN.CSV, V_FLIS_PART.CSV, P_CAGE.CSV, V_FLIS_IDENTIFICATION.CSV). Activate when masters > 0 so description/part searches can return catalogued companies.
Provider configuration status for troubleshooting. Not required for day-to-day NSN search.
Record approved vendor and import verified material cost into Proposal Workspace pricing (requires your confirmation).
Generate, save, and send RFQs only after review. Email success is shown only when the mail service confirms delivery.
